Welcome to our website for Altrusa International Inc. of Dallas, Texas USA. We are an organization of professional women dedicated to service in our community of Dallas, Texas. Our many projects include working with City Park Elementary School, LeTot, Vogel Alcove, the Early Class, and Scottish Rite. Our interests also extend to philanthropic donations for the Dallas police department, the Early Class, literacy and Scottish Rite, along with scholarships to nursing, law and medical students. Our professional women run the gamut from assistants to lawyers to vice presidents. Our net is broad and we want to capture as many professional women interested in serving their community as possible.

Our theme this year (2009-2010) is Let the Sun Shine In. We, as an organization, hope to touch many, many lives during the year and bring some sun shine into those lives through our smiles and willingness to help. There is laughter, there are tears and there is a bond amongst our organization that says “we are in this for the long haul and I will support you in your life and in your endeavors”. Our meetings are one way we support each other by reaching out and discovering needs. Please do not hesitate to join us during one of our many wonderful programs throughout the year.
